Made it to UT!

7/5/14 - Saturday

22w6d Marilyn and I decided to drive to UT yesterday.  We figured the sooner we could get down there, the better.  Thankfully, it was an uneventful drive down.  Rhett did great as long as there was a movie going.  He didn't fall asleep the whole way, until literally 2 minutes before we got to my parents' house.  Silly boy. 

I was a little uncomfortable throughout the drive, so didn't sleep, but it wasn't too bad really. 

Grandma & Grandpa Jackson are here at my mom's house for the week.  Gpa ran out and got us Costa Vida for dinner.  It was hard to watch Gma and Marilyn both try to get Rhett to let them change his diaper.  Oh how I wished I could intervene.  He was giving them such a hard time, and I just had to sit there and listen and watch.  

Our dear old friends ,The Buntings, have been in UT from South Carolina visiting Jake's family, but they are flying back out this morning.  So Kassie, being the late night awesome friend that she is,  came over after all their 4th of July celebrations  to visit.  It was after midnight and she stayed until 2:30am-ish.  Lol.  I felt like I was sneaking a boyfriend over or something, since everyone was in bed and I was supposed to be too.  I'm so glad we had a chance to give each other hugs and catch up in person.  It's been 4 years since I last saw her!  I love that when we get together, it's like nothing has changed.  She's a gem!

Baby Sara sure is a little kicker now.  I feel her all the time.  She even woke me up this morning.  I told her "Good Morning" back.
