FRONT ROW at Rascal Flatts/Taylor Swift

WOW. What an amazing night! My friend Kristy surprised me with tickets to the concert. Her hubby is a DJ for a country station here, and got her some tickets. She and I share the same birthday month (go April) - so we had our first annual KM squared birthday palooza. (Kristy came up with that one) We didn't know where our seats were going to be until we got there. I got all giddy when we were escorted down to the FRONT ROW!!! It was incredible.



Taylor Swift was awesome. I like her a lot more now that I've seen her live. She was really fun, and it was cute to see her so shocked at the crowd's enthusiasm for her. I'd go see her again anytime.



Then Rascal Flatts came on. The lights were going nuts, the crowd was screaming, and the music was so loud I could feel it through my whole body. I LOVE MUSIC! And I love that about concerts, how I am totally engulfed by it. Joe Don (a.k.a. the cute one) threw us both guitar picks after he got done with an awesome solo. I admit I was a little starstruck seeing those guys so close up. Here are some pics, courtesy of Kristy, since I was a doof and brought my camera, but left the battery in the charger.

    Front Row!!!!!! That's soooo coool. I always say, if you're going to go, get the really cool(expensive)seats. I love a live concert too. I'm so glad you had fun.

    So so so fun!Too bad we won't get to go to any more here :( Wonder if there are any concerts while you're out in utah??We got hookups there too :) The camera thing was so funny.Even funnier because I've done it.Twice. Man, Joe Don wanted us SO bad.He's only the 'cute' one because the other two are so not cute.

    Super jealous of this concert- and I seriously may come see you! I've never been to Portland and my Dad travels up there about once a week, so it would be easy to find a flying buddy! I would love to come see your house and kids, I will totally look into this- so you'd better be serious!
