Seriously!?

Can a girl get a break?! A recap of today's disaster:

Last night for FHE we planted some seeds in 3 little pots. We had a lot of fun. Clark enjoyed helping dad get dirt from the backyard, and putting his little pot together. We left them on the table so they would get sunlight in the morning. Bad idea...

*sigh* I'm tired.

  2. OH my! It only gets better! Did you not know that boys are nothing but dirt and trucks?

Keep smiling, it only makes you stronger and makes great stories when Clark has kids of his own! You will even have the pictures to document it!

  3. Wow! That sure looks like fun! Clark is too funny, but I bet you weren't really thinking that at when you were cleaning up the mess. It makes for great stories and makes my day to see I am not the only one with "busy" children! Good luck today, and make to sure take more pictures of Clark's future projects!

  4. Sounds like you're in need of a fun, relaxing night out with your husband. I think you deserve it.

  7. I love it! You've gotta love kids! That's great that you were able to stay calm enough to "document" this! A while ago, my two oldest kids got a hold of a tube of mascara and painted EVERYTHING in their room...walls, carpet, beds, beautiful quilts hanging on the wall, carebears, book shelfs...and the list goes on and on! I laughed and cried when I saw it, but am so glad I took pictures. We can use these pictures to embarrass the silly little kids when they are older!! :) (NASA is Sarah Nielsen, by the way)

  9. Eh? I'm speechless. We've had some messes in out time, but I'm going to have to give the grand prize to Clark! Maybe you should add a carpet cleaner to your shopping list. Good Luck!

  10. I am holding back an enormous burst of laughter....don't be offended. I can understand. Grant is afraid of getting his hands too dirty, but Nora is a tornado! My advice...EAT CHOCOLATE!!!

  11. MAN! He is on a ROLL! The crazy thing is that it takes less than a minute to cause such destruction...and at LEAST 30 minutes to clean it all up! BLAH! On a happier note...the FHE sounded really fun! :)

  12. That is too funny! I'm just glad that my kids aren't the only wild ones, getting into everything and just making me crazy! But we still love them and have to laugh at all they can do in a day! We should get together sometime!

  13. Kristin, I hate to say it, but I remember Reid doing these same sort of things when Brad and my mom first got married. Just ask my mom about blue Xs some time!
