Happy Birthday to the
BEST . DAD . EVER!
(for any of you wondering what's with the hands pictures...we adopted that as the method of telling the camera how old the birthday person is - we're not just giving my dad antlers. my mom thinks it's weird...huh.)
Did you know my dad is a Master Falconer? He'd love to take you out to go fly his falcons sometime. I've always thought it was an awesome, unique thing to have a falconer for a dad. I have great memories of going "trapping" and "flying", just me and my dad. (and also an occasional stop to Lehi Bakery for donuts on the way).
He also teaches English/Writing at BYU. Go look him up, and take one of his classes. I hear he is an awesome professor. And I know he gives at least some A's.

He loves my mom so much. He likes to make her happy. I think it's adorable.

My dad is an AWESOME Grandpa. He's pretty much the only person Clark will have a conversation with on over the phone. When we're visiting, my dad is the one who hops out of bed if he hears one of the boys crying at night. He's great at calming them down, and distracting them when they're having a rough time.
