Our neighbor noticed this gross-ness on the side of our house, alerting us to the problem!
The water leak was behind our oven & cabinets in the kitchen.
Apparently it had been going on for a while, check out that mold...ew.

And no...we're not in our house yet. We're on Week #8 living out of suitcases. More pics to come.
