Past Due
So, my due date has come and gone....*sigh*. I think the whole "due date" concept is kind of funny. You go for 9 months with this specific date in mind, telling everyone you know that this date is the day. You start counting down the weeks, then the days. When your due date finally arrives you feel like something magical is going to happen. Then it doesn't.... The day has come and gone. Even though you knew it was possible that you could go past this date, you still feel like you've been let down. In the big scheme of things a few days isn't going to make a huge difference, but for a 9 mo. pregnant woman it seems like AGES! Let's get this show on the road! :)

ReplyDeleteAhhh. I feel for you. Each day seems like a lifetime! Hang in there. It really isn't a lifetime and then you will have this tiny little miracle to hold. I'm so excited for you!

ReplyDeletethe funny thing about due dates, is i was expecting to go way over with alisa, because everyone seems to. so when they said, 'we are going to induce you two weeks early' i was like, 'wait! i need to mentally prepare for this!' but i guess it's worse to go over:)
Kristen! I'm so glad you started a blog! It looks great! Don't worry...that baby will be here soon enough! Enjoy your time with Clark. He doesn't know what coming!
