Thanks for your questions and celebrating with me. I will still take questions in the comments section of this post, and will answer them there.
em and ms: haha. i knew a question like this would be asked... and yes, we did pretty good last time. let's just say we will probably continue with about the same spacing - it's worked okay so far. :)
alison: you made me laugh and reminisce about that good ole' $80/mo apartment we lived in for the summer. i thought that was you that prayed with your bum in the air...lol. maybe we both did? in any case, to answer your question, i currently don't.
coordination queen: laugh with me :: muddy buddies (crispix coated in peanut butter & chocolate & powdered sugar) :: cold cereal :: The Hills :: not usually, but i do love to have the music blasting while i'm in there :: people smoking near children
taylor's: i don't actually have an all time favorite - I really enjoyed the book I finished last night "Book of a Thousand Days" by Shannon Hale :: I wish I hadn't rushed through college so fast, but taken time to take more fun classes, and even some art classes! :: Yes, still not a fan of cake, but LOVE brownies - the gooey kind :: i'm coming the week after Thanksgiving - and I'd love to get together :: hmm, not often enough :: until they start sagging, or one of my lovely children spill something on me
dixonfamily: 6 months - read some more books, any suggestions? :: 1 year - upgrade to a "family car" :: 5 years - go on a cool family vacation that the kids will remember.
thepainterfamily: i think an iPod Touch would be really cool, an SLR camera would be fantastic, and Rock Band would be awesome (and would also entail buying a new game console) but i think i'm gonna be less wishful and more realistic this year, as we try to save money for another car. So, on my list are things for the house, Sleeping Beauty, iTunes gift card, earrings, and world peace. :)
Webers: well, you're right, i do have several, lol. the one that comes to mind first is when i was in 3rd grade. my class was on the way to the library, and i had to go to the bathroom really bad, so i left the line and ran to the bathroom on our way. i was dancing around trying to get my silly plastic belt undone. i couldn't get it, so i just sat on the toilet w/ my pants still on, and relieved myself. great, now what? when i walked out of the stall my little 1st grader sister, Megan, was in there! she comforted me (embarrassing, but sweet). a lady i knew was in the office and offered to take me home (and gave me a Sprite to make me feel better). Lucky for me it was mis-match day and i had been wearing a dark purple turtleneck with navy blue pants on backwards, and some crazy socks - i changed into some black pants hoping no one would notice the change (that was important to me), and my mom took me back to school. while i was saying goodbye to my mom, my class was walking in a line outside back to the trailer our class was held in, they saw me and my teacher said "we were so worried about you, where did you go?" and i told a little white lie saying that i was just talking to my mom the whole time. no one ever noticed my wardrobe change. So lucky for me only my little sister, who didn't pee her pants, was the only one who knew that I had peed mine. :: and my favorite friend...KENZ of course ;)
Kim: when my kids get so excited to see me, and give me a big hug! :: the poop, pee, and other bodily fluids i get to deal with.

Ha ha--thanks for answering without really answering Kristen. You're a good sport! And that's a great picture of you by the way. Very thoughtful.
ReplyDeleteI love the picture too! And I think I already said this...but I love this Q and A idea! haha! I especially love all your answers! We're saving for a family-mobile too! Maybe I should have asked THIS question...what vehicle to buy!? I DESPISE everything auto related. seriously. buying our last car almost did me in...and that was 5 years ago! :)
ReplyDeletei totally forgot to ask you a question! Hmmm. Here's some and I'm pretty sure I need to know the 'why' on your answers too. lol. Would you rather...
ReplyDeletehave a head twice the normal size OR half the normal size?
drive 50 miles with a car full of digital alarm clocks beeping OR drive the same distance with 4 styrofoam coolers, which constantly rub against each other, creating that annoying squeeking sound?
age only from the neck up OR age only from the neck down?
have to wear visible diapers for the rest of your life OR always have to drink and eat out of a bottle?
have your skin change into vibrant colors according to your emotional state (e.g. red for anger, blue for sadness) OR wildly and uncontrollably flail your arms around whenever you walk?
and last but not least...
be married to an annoying practical joker who frequently pulls the 'bucket over the door' gag and many other elaborate jokes like it OR marry someone with no sense of humor?
:):):)
dang! i can't believe i missed the questions part. i guess i would ask, when are you moving into our ward again?:)
